About a year ago, as a new test manager just emerging in the context-driven school, I decided to give Session-Based Test Management a try after reading Jon and James Bach's published article about the framework.

A year later, my team of junior testers is flourishing, I'm able to focus my test management and coaching efforts effectively. Our engineering and product teammates have a greater understanding of testing and a bigger appreciation for what we do.

My talk will go into details on what we learned, how we started, what we changed, etc.
