In late 2018, as a new test manager just emerging in the context-driven school, I decided to give Session-Based Test Management a try after reading Jon and James Bach's published article about the framework.

Two years later, my team of junior testers is flourishing and I'm able to focus my test management and coaching efforts effectively. Our engineering and product teammates have a greater understanding of testing and a bigger appreciation for what we do.

My talk will focus on what happens in a testing session.
